- Please wear comfortable clothing, a hat, sunscreen, water and any personal items you may need. We also recommend bringing a camera to capture the experience.

- We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
3. What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?
- To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Cancellations made with less than 5 days' notice will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
4. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
- We closely monitor weather conditions with our captains and the Coast Guard. Tours will proceed unless severe weather conditions or small craft advisories are in effect. If a tour is canceled due to weather, we will offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
5. Is there a minimum age requirement for the tours?

7. Can I bring food and drinks on the tour?
- Most of our tours allow guests to bring their own food and drinks. However, there may be restrictions on certain types of items. No glass bottles or containers, no colored (red, blue, purple, green, or orange) liquids, or greasy foods to avoid stains. You may bring a small cooler. as coolers are not provided. but NO STYROFOAM coolers allowed.
8. What if I’m running late?
- Our vessels depart at the scheduled time. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be accommodated or receive a refund. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes before departure to ensure you don’t miss the tour. If you are running late please contact us to see what accommodations can be made for your trip.
9. Are there restrooms available on the boat?
- No our boats are not equipped with restrooms. Please let us know if you have any specific concerns.
